Boarding Life Boring Life?

People often look at the idea of putting their children in a boarding school india as the end all of life for them. That is a wrong notion among parents in some cases but that is the general notion amongst children over the entire wide world. Children are full of remorse to leave the clutches of the lovely home they have with family and friends and are never in the mood to make a life at a hostel all by oneself. To wash one’s own clothes and to get up at the wee hours of the morning are ideas that are good enough to give a child a headache.

But please note dear child that things are really not all that bad! A child has a tendency to be of such an opinion because he or she has no time and leisure to indulge in useful work all by oneself. If a child learnt all that at home then there would have been no reason to stow a child away at a boarding school. There was the trend of joint families at one time and children had a lot of company to keep learning things from. There was no luxury of servants and for the better part of it children also had to do most of their work all by themselves.

But the idea of a small and manageable nuclear family has induced people to make do with easier methods. People have smaller families and more money to spend for things and are hence never in a mood to learn even the basics by themselves. These are the values that you are taught at a boarding house. They train kids in all the self-suffiencies that a child should not even care for in the normal course of things and hence make them one entity that has a sound body and a sound soul. Boring will possibly is the last adjective herein.
